Fifteen years, every job by referral
Until this website, Stalcup never spent a dollar on marketing. The work came from general contractors who kept calling back, owners who passed the name on, and a national storage brand that kept building.
Josh runs the work
Josh Stalcup, owner. He runs the jobs and does the estimating. Call about a bid, a live job or a problem on site and Josh is who you end up talking to.
He has spent fifteen years in commercial steel, most of it on site with his own crews, from single drive-up rows to five-story facilities. Because he bids the work himself, he stands behind the number.
The jobs we take
Knowing which jobs are ours is part of doing them well. If yours is outside this range, we will tell you early and usually point you to someone it suits.
Where the company is headed
- Storage first. Drive-up rows, multi-story facilities, climate-controlled space, and metal buildings built together with the units inside. It is what our crews are fastest at.
- Then metal buildings beyond storage. Warehouses, industrial buildings and shops, for developers and owners who hire direct.

A partial set is fine. Tell us where the job is and when it has to be closed in, and you will hear back from the person who will run it.
